Munio attended TAR 2023 last week, and it was a great conference and huge energy boost! This is Germany's largest turnaround conference, held in Potsdam outside Berlin, where the turnaround community meet yearly to exchange knowledge and experiences.

The great thing about this event is that it’s an arena where it’s encouraged to have honest discussions about real issues facing our industry, where we can talk about the topics that really matter to us all.

Munio was the main sponsor for the third year in a row, and all our current “customers and family members” in Germany are all direct leads from this conference. We hope our family will continue to grow after this event!

The main highlights were:

• Our platform was one of the main talking points in the common demo session
• We held a joint presentation with OMV focused on the importance of people in successful turnarounds with the Burghausen turnaround as an example
• We used gamification instead of flyers, with a new game at the stand showing how we automate access

We are already looking forward to TAR 2024, and to see you all again next year!
